1. Is it safe to order on www.inetsilk.com?

Sure, don't worry about it! We guarantee that every purchase you make will be 100% safe, because we use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server. 2. What can I do, if I cannot place an order successfully online?

If you come across this problem, please try following steps: 1. Please clear the cookies, restart the browser, turn off firewall and then try again.
2. If the problem persists, please change another computer or another internet browser, such as Firefox, and then try. Or you can try to login after several hours.
3. If the above steps don’t figure out your problem, you can either send us emails or contact our live-support directly.

3. What kind of currency do you accept?

At present, we accept US Dollars, Euro, GBP, and HK Dollars. If you order from other countries, your credit card statement will reflect the converted amount based on your bank's real-time exchange rate.

4. Why the price is different in Aliexpress shop and inetsilk.com?

Inetsilk.com allows mix order and the discount is based on the total quantity of the order, while the discount is based on the quantity of each item in Aliexpress shop. However ,you can enjoy the favorable price in both of them .

5. Can I get further discount if I buy more, such as 500 pcs or 1000 pcs?

76% off is the best discount we can offer at present because of our low profit margin. But if your purchase amount is more than $2000, we will give you another 5% off discount.

6. What kind of payment methods are available? How do they work?

We accept PayPal, Western Union and TT. For PayPal, you can pay the order directly on the web as the payment process. For Western Union and TT, please contact the customer service online via live chat.

7. Why credit card is not available on inetsilk.com and How to pay the order by credit card if I really request?

Almost all of our customers choose PayPal as it’s the reliable online payment method; it is safe and popular in international business. If you really request to use credit card, we offer another way to finish it, please go to the product page in our Aliexpress wholesale & retail shop http://www.aliexpress.com/store/700987/211191213-487353328/Special-product-only-for-billing.html then do as the introduction to finish the order.

8. Can I change my order after checkout?

Please notice that once an order has been placed and processed, it is difficult to make modifications and cancelations. If you need to make any alterations to your order, please email us at service@inetsilk.com or contact our online-support directly at the first time with your order number. We shall do our best to accommodate your situation. But we are sorry to say that, once your order has been shipped, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

9. What are the regular sizes of your silk scarves?

Small square scarves: 55cm*55cm, 60cm*60cm.
Large square scarves: 90cm*90cm, 100cm*100cm, 110cm*110cm, 120cm*120cm.
Oblong scarves: 160cm*27cm, 160cm*45cm, 175cm*55cm, 180cm*55cm.
Please see that the sizes are printing size that means this is the size before hemming. It should be reduced about 2cm after hemming. So the reasonable margin of error for the silk scarves is about 2 cm.

10. How much postage will be charged for each order?

The shipping fee is subject to the total amount of your order. But don’t worry about the shipping fee because we signed contracts with DHL, TNT, FedEx, EMS, CHINA POST, UPS and SPECIAL RAILWAY LINE. They are offering us good discounts of shipping fee.

11. What is the packing?

One plastic bag for each item, packed into a carton box.

12. When will you dispatch my parcel after my payment? How long will it take to get to me?

Normally we will dispatch your scarf within 48 hours after your payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS, Special Railway Line take around 3 to 5 days;
EMS, China Express takes around 5 to 7 days;
China Post takes around10-30 days.

13. How can I track my parcel online?

We will send you an email with tracking No. and tracking link after sending out your items, and you can track the status of your parcel online. Usually the tracking number will be valid in 48 hours. If there's still no tracking information available in 3 days, please contact us via email at service@inetsilk.com or Live-chat directly.

14. What should I do if the items were damaged upon receipt or if I never receive the shipment?

15. Can you help to print our design and how about the MOQ?

Yes, we can. The MOQ will be 30pcs—100pcs, it is based on the actual sizes of the scarves.

16. Can you print our logo on your scarf?

No, we could not help to print your logo on our scarf, but just help to sew your label on our scarf.

17. How is the process to change your label by ours? And how about the fees to help make our label?

We could only help to change the label when your order is totally more than 50 pcs, and then please check the details as follows:

  1. Please send us the label if you don't request us to make it, and then indicate how to sew it. The fee is USD 0.15/pc
  2. If you request us to make the label.

A: please send us the clear design of your label (Usually by JPG), also with its size and material requirement. (The common material for label will be nonwovens and silk satin.) Then inform us how to deal with your logo on the label, print it or weave it?
B. Indicate how to sew the label and the position of the label on the scarves by pictures or words.
C. The cost is as following, and please see that less than 3 colors are allowed on the label.
